This collection of mixed media works is made using layered recycled paper, including discarded materials and the artist’s own drawings, notes, and studies. These elements are sourced from the local environment and bound together with wheat paste to create a rich, textured surface.

After building up around ten layers, the artist begins a process of cutting, sanding, and ripping into the surface. This technique, known as décollage, reveals glimpses of the underlying materials and creates a visual record of memory, place, and process.
